How payment works

Black House does not take payment online. Every client is set up personally, and every order is placed through your Black House buying desk.

Bank wire

Orders placed through the buying desk are paid by bank wire before the order is placed. Your buying desk gives you wire instructions directly. For your protection, always confirm wire instructions by phone at (832) 539-8111 before sending funds. We will never change wire instructions by email.

In person

For transactions at our showroom, we review payment options with you during your private visit.

Identity verification

As required by federal rules, we may ask for a valid photo ID and other information before completing certain transactions.
