Collectors Lounge Membership is our white-glove service for collectors and investors who want a trusted, personal relationship with their dealer. Every member is set up by hand. You work with people who know your name, your collection and your goals.
What membership opens up for you
As a member, you buy through our private buying desk, the same desk we use for our own business. We buy from some of the largest precious-metals distributors in the United States, and as a member you get the same reach: bullion, coins, bars and rare pieces from across the country, sourced for you the way a dealer sources for themselves.
No checkout lines and no guesswork. You tell us what you want, and our desk takes it from there and handles your order personally from start to finish.
Buy and sell on the same open book
The Private Collectors Lounge works in both directions. Members buy from us, and members sell to us, and both happen the same way. When you buy, you see how your price is built. When you sell, you see how your offer is built, using the same open-book method. No hidden numbers, and no different rules depending on which side of the table you are on.
Member payouts. When you sell to us, especially larger amounts, members receive special payout privileges reserved for Collectors Lounge Members. Your offer is explained line by line, and your payout is handled personally, privately and promptly.

What you see on our site is only a small part of what we can get. If you have something particular in mind, a certain coin, date, grade, size or quantity, tell us. Our desk will search for it on your behalf and come back to you personally.
Discretion is part of the service
We are a private firm, and we treat your business that way. We never discuss our clients, their holdings or their purchases with anyone. What you buy, what you sell and what you share with your buyer stays between you and us.
Every member gets white-glove treatment: one trusted point of contact, personal handling of every order, and fully insured delivery in discreet, unmarked packaging, or private pickup at our Collectors Lounge in West Friendswood. Your information is never sold or shared for marketing, and it is disclosed only where the law requires.

Book your private visit
Right after you apply, choose a time to meet with our team at the Collectors Lounge. We confirm every visit personally.
Meet with us
We review every application personally, usually within 24 to 48 hours and often the same day. At your first meeting we get to know your goals and complete your private member file.
Buy and sell through our desk
Tell us what you want. Your payment clears before your order is placed, and every shipment is fully insured, or you can pick up privately at the Lounge.

This is an application, not an instant account. Whether you are buying, selling or both, tell us about it. When you are ready for your first purchase or sale, we verify identity privately, as every licensed dealer is required to do.
