Every shipment is fully insured

All Black House orders are fully insured from the moment they leave the vault until they are in your hands. If anything happens in transit, you are covered.

How your order is handled

1. Confirm with your buying desk. You choose your metal with your Black House buying desk by phone or in person.
2. Pay by bank wire. Orders are paid by wire before they are placed. Once your wire clears, we place your order right away.
3. Delivery. Your metal ships sealed and fully insured from the depository in plain, discreet packaging, or you can arrange to take delivery in person with us.

Timing and tracking

Delivery time depends on the product and current availability. Your buying desk gives you an estimate when you order and sends tracking once your package ships.

No online checkout

Nothing is sold online. Every order is set up personally through your Black House buying desk, so you always know who is handling your metal.
