This website is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to buy or sell at a stated price, a guarantee of price, an appraisal, or investment, tax, or legal advice. Precious metals prices move continuously and any figure discussed is based on the market at that moment.

How purchases work

Our website shows products available through our trading desks so you can see what we can get for you. It is not an online store. We do not accept orders or payment through this website, and every product shown is subject to availability. Availability and delivery times change daily with market demand, so a product marked Available on our site may not be available when you call. Your buying desk confirms availability, delivery time and price before every order. Each client is set up in person at our West Friendswood office before buying. Approved clients then place orders with us by phone or in person, and every price is confirmed with you at the time of the order, based on the market at that moment. Payment is made directly to Black House, typically by wire transfer, before the order is placed with our supplier.

Offers and appointments

Requesting an appointment through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking, and not a binding agreement by either party. Any offer we make is made in person, applies to the specific items presented, and is valid only for that visit.

Identification and legal compliance

We are a precious metals buying business subject to Texas recordkeeping requirements. We require valid government-issued photo identification for purchases, and we may decline any transaction at our discretion, including where ownership cannot be reasonably established.

Text messages

If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form or reply to a text we sent you about your inquiry or appointment, you are agreeing to receive text messages from Black House Gold & Silver about your inquiry, your scheduled appointment, or a transaction you asked us to arrange. After a completed visit, we may also send a follow-up text, such as a request to share feedback or leave a review, and one reminder. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent, is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Authentication

We do not certify or authenticate coins, and we make no representation that any item is or will be assigned a particular grade.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions. Photographs of our office and equipment are of our actual location and equipment.

Intellectual property

The Black House Gold & Silver name, logo, site text, photographs, and video are the property of Black House Gold & Silver LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party names and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black House Gold & Silver LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on information published on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Brazoria County, Texas.

What the registration covers

Our Texas registration as a crafted precious metals dealer covers the purchase and sale of jewelry, silverware, and other objects made in whole or in part from precious metal. Coins, bars, and commemorative medallions fall outside that registration because Texas does not separately register those transactions. We keep the identification records and transaction reports the state requires on every purchase either way.
