What we collect

When you call, text, submit the appointment form, or visit our office, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, the general description of items you tell us about, and — if you complete a transaction — the government-issued identification information that Texas law requires us to record for precious metals purchases.

Why we collect it

To schedule and confirm your appointment, to answer your questions, to complete and document a purchase, and to comply with state recordkeeping and reporting obligations that apply to precious metals dealers.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with marketers or data brokers. We do not use it to contact you about anything other than your inquiry or transaction unless you ask us to.

Who we may share it with

Only where required or necessary: law enforcement and regulators where the law requires it, our payment processor when a transaction is paid electronically, and professional advisers such as our accountant or attorney under a duty of confidentiality.

Text messages

If you text us, or if you give us your phone number when you call or request an appointment, we may reply to you by text about your inquiry, your appointment, or your transaction. Consenting to receive text messages is never a condition of buying from us or selling to us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Your carrier and our messaging provider handle messages in transit. We do not add you to a marketing list from an inbound text and we do not send marketing text messages.

Phone calls

Calls to our main line may be answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded for quality, training, and security. If you would prefer not to be recorded, tell the assistant and it will connect you with a person directly.

Website analytics

This site may use standard web analytics to understand which pages people visit. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Retention

Transaction and identification records are kept for as long as state law requires. Inquiry information that does not result in a transaction is kept only as long as it is useful to serve you.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Contact us using the details on our contact page.

If we change this policy we will update the date below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

What the registration covers

Our Texas registration as a crafted precious metals dealer covers the purchase and sale of jewelry, silverware, and other objects made in whole or in part from precious metal. Coins, bars, and commemorative medallions fall outside that registration because Texas does not separately register those transactions. We keep the identification records and transaction reports the state requires on every purchase either way.

When a piece should be certified, we submit it to an independent grading service on your behalf. Prices for precious metals move constantly and any figure discussed is based on the market at that moment. Nothing on this website is an offer, a guarantee of price, or investment advice.
