18115 County Road 125, Suite C · Pearland, Texas
We did not pick the name. The neighborhood did.
Long before there was a business here, there was a landmark. Out on County Road 125 there is a black house standing by itself against open Texas sky, and it became the thing people give directions by. Turn at the black house. It is just past the black house. Drivers said it, neighbors said it, and nobody had to be told twice.
So when we opened the buying office inside it, we did not sit in a room and invent a name. The name was already on the building, given to it by the people who live around here. A name you are given is worth more than a name you buy, so we kept it.
What that means for you is the same thing it means to them. This is a real place. It does not move, it does not fold up on Sunday night, and it is not gone next week. It is a fixed address you can drive past, look up, and come back to, with a quiet private room inside built for going through a collection properly, one visitor at a time.

Any map app takes you right to the house. If you would rather have somebody talk you in on the last two turns, call us and we will stay on the phone with you.
Get on FM 2351 and turn at County Road 125. Once you make that turn you are about a minute from the door.
Pearland Regional Airport is less than a mile from us. If you can see the airport, you are close.
A black barndominium set back from the road. There is room to park and pull in close to the door.
Gulf Coast and greater Houston area
Closer to more of Houston than the map makes it look.
We sit between Pearland and Friendswood with quick access to I-45, FM 2351, and Highway 288, which puts most of the Gulf Coast and the greater Houston area inside an easy drive. Most people who visit us come in from somewhere on this list, and almost all of them are here in under half an hour.
Farther out than that? For large collections, estates, and anything that should not be moved, we travel. Call and ask.
Call us before you sell.
The worst outcome is finding out later that you left money on the table. A phone call costs you nothing, and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth your trip.
